Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection you will be asked for a few details to complete the transaction. We accept credit card payment - this is handled by our secure credit card processing facility Paypal.

 

Gift wrapping

Gift Wrapping is now available. There is an extra charge per item for this service. Just e-mail us with your request.

Can I order gnomes if I live outside the UK?

 Yes, just drop us a line by e-mail together with your order and a valid shipping address. We can then estimate all individual shipping costs for you.  Unfortunately you will also be responsible for all Import duties and Taxes.

Import Duties

Please be aware that most countries will add some form of 'Import Duties' on goods & merchandise imported in from a foreign country We have no control over this nor can we advise as to what each individual country may or may not add to the cost of your shipment. All import fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Can I place an order by phone?

Sorry no, we do not accept telephone orders. for security reasons.

 

How long do orders usually take?

We state a typical delivery time of 2-4 working days from the date of placing the order. All orders are sent by 1st class post.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our Gnomes (original shipping charges / return postage are non-refundable) if not completely delighted with your purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received, postage-paid. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. NO returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must include a copy of your invoice and explanation as to why it is being returned. Any returns not meeting the aforementioned criteria will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. If you ship merchandise to us you must pack it carefully. You must file a claim with your own carrier if we receive the merchandise damaged.

 

Damage or breakages

Gnomeland must be notified of any damage or breakages within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will negate any claim.
